Chartwell is a veteran and woman-owned firm focused on delivering excellence for its clients. Chartwell is led by Patti Restrepo, a former U.S. Marine, who following her time in service, spent more than ten years working at a global commercial real estate services firm. Patti is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy (B.S.) and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (MBA).
